This service applies generally to design and build construction projects where the procurement requires the design team initially engaged direct by the client to be "novated to" or "employed by" the building contractor. The client will need to retain an experienced and qualified representative to ensure that the project will be completed on time, within the authorised cost, and to the required quality standards.
